Raffle and Silent Auction Items Needed for The Master Gardener’s Spring Plant Sale

Your new and almost new items are needed for the silent auction and raffle to be held at the May 13th Plant Sale! 

Quilters? Crafters? Business Owners? Hobbyists of any kind? Artists? Unique Service Providers? (Manicures, decluttering, magic tricks? etc)

In the past we have had some of the following items for the silent auctions:

• A relaxing stay for the winner and friends at a Float House located at John Day

• A unique Farm to Table dinner prepared for the winner and a group of friends

• Reserved Deluxe camping accommodations at a local private camping ground

For the raffle we have had items that include

• Herbs in a basket with a gardening book

• Handmade quilts

• Metal artwork

• Handcrafted clothing with a gardening theme

• Gift cards from local businesses

• Baskets with a theme (not just gardening)

• Paintings

• Unique gifts

• Anything that might tempt someone to buy a raffle ticket

Please contact Ruth with any questions.  

We will need all of the items by Friday, May 12th. Ruth can meet you at the Extension Office or arrange to pick items up from you if that is easier. We will need the following information: 

1. Your Full Name

2. Contact Information (phone and email)

3. Description of the item or service to be donated: If it is a service please include a detailed description of what service is to be provided with pictures or a link to pictures if possible. For example, if its a dinner, how many people are served? What is included with the meal?
